Celia Garman

Celia Garman is a designated certified practicing accountant (CPA) with international experience across the resources, telecommunications and professional services industries.

Celia has worked in a variety of roles within accounting and finance, business planning and development, strategic planning and general management.

Starting her career with Rio Tinto in Perth, she moved to London where she spent five years within the international division of Orange, a global telecommunications company. Here her work focused on international business development and business improvement. Returning to Australia in 2003 she re-joined Rio Tinto in a strategic role before joining Morgan Buckley as their General Manager based in Darwin.

During this time Celia managed a significant merger which resulted in the formation of Cridlands MB, the largest legal service provider in the Northern Territory.

With her commercial background and experience in the optimisation and effective management of professional services firms Celia is focused on ensuring TWD continues to maximise opportunities and build value for all.

Celia is currently working towards completing a Masters of Business Leadership.

Celia is happy to be back in Perth living with her husband and 2 young children.
